From there, we opened our own privately held waste transfer station, where we diverted approximately 500,000lbs of landfill-bound waste back into the recycling market yearly. This, unknowingly was the beginning of a whole new business... recycling. Our scrap recycling business grew to what it is today. A five acre shredding and recycling facility in Northeast PA.
